Bio

I started in the Army as most do which is from the bottom. Over time I have risen to the senior leadership ranks. This has allowed me to gain a lot of perspective from all levels of the command. I have held positions from Forward Observer to Innovations NCO. I have lead soldiers into combat as well as large recruiting centers up to 18 personnel.

I tend to latch onto hard obstacles and challenges that are not easily solved such as incentives program for 8000+ organization to community outreach project nationwide on a single day. These are everyday challenges and problems that can be solved with the right forward thinking.
My wife and two boys have been the joy to my life with every day growing bigger and better. They are my foundation and truly push me to whole new limits daily. We have a beautiful and wonderful family that I truly love watching grow each and everyday.
