“SFC Steven Payne is an excellent trainer and facilitator. He led social media training for the Mid-Atlantic Recruiting Battalion on two occasions. During this time over 40 non-commissioned officers were instructed on the use of several social media platforms for marketing, targeting, and prospecting potential applicants. Through SFC Payne’s instruction, all NCO’s left the training fully trained and educated. This training, in turn, has led to increased enlistments for the battalion.”
